Default ls/vtec ecu & obd0

To start it off, i have a 91' integra with a b18a.i plan on using a b16a head, and i also want to keep it obd0 to lessen complications. here are my ls/vtec questions:

what ecu to run?
is the exhaust port size different between the 2 heads which would lead me to buy a different header?
what would happen if i ran a pr3 ecu(b16a obd0)? would it be sufficient for the 1.8 displacment?
any other parts i need beside head. oil line kit, ecu?

dont forget to wire up the vtec signal. I dont think it matters that the ecu is for b16.

well wouldnt a b16 ecu have sufficient fuel for 1.6l displacement and the displacment w/lsvtec will be 1.8l. ill have to correct that right. i could probably use a v-afc. what about oil pump do i need a different one for the higher revs? are the rods the same between a vtec b-sereis and non-vtec series? which are better?

From what I have seen and read the stock rods are good for a NA application that doesn't push too much more than 200 whp. I was wondering about the ECU and header thing too!
