is there any way to send an LS ecu to be chipped with a b16 vtec basemap or even just convert the ls to run vtec?

is anyone selling a obd0 b16 ecu?

 

well can anyone at least tell me the ecu code for an obd0 LS and i will continue to search like i have been.

no luck searching yet i just want to know if i can get an LS ecu to support a B16 and run vtec

 

The ecu you want is either a PR3 or PW0 (that is a B16 ecu)

The LS is a PR4.

I would highly recomend upgrading to OBD1 though and running a P28. But if that is not an option, I would suggest getting a PW0 or PR3 and running that.

I am pretty sure you don't "convert" an OBD0 ecu. You just assign an output for vtec in turbo edit or whatever you are using.

By far the best way is to get a OBD0 B16 ecu and go from that.
