ls/vtec with ITR head
i keep hearing that a B16 is good for a ls/vtec swap but would in not be better to us a ITR head or maybe a gs-r head?

How easy is it to find a Type R head? There's been alot of debate between the b16 and gsr head in which is better for this certain application but in the end, it was still up to preference. Do a search and you'll see what I mean.
An ITR head is a B16A head with mild porting and ITR cams, springs, vavles, etc.
A GSR head has smaller combustion chambers so it will yeild a higher compression ratio.
B16A cylinder heads are pretty easy to find for a good price though and that makes them a good canidate for a LSVT after some upgrading.
