Default b18c5(ITR) bottom + b16 or other b18vtec head. Is it OK?

So, i'm thinking to get b18c5 bottom from ITR, but there is no Head.
In Lithuania is almost imposible to find ITR head.

So i i'm thinking to put on different head and put in a ITR camshafts.

There is some i can choose from..
1. b16 head
2. b18 vtec head from English Civic with 1.8 vtec dohc engine, i do not know engine code. Let's take, that it is similar to GSR head.

So, wich head would be better on b18c5 botttom + ITR or aftermarket CamShafts?

i'm willing to get similar hp output like ITR motor.

both heads will do fine. Just find the one thats in the better condition/cheapest/comes with goodies (valvetrain,P&P,etc)
