hp and torque all depends on how well you put it together, the head you use etc.
but basically, its a b18a or b18b integra LS block, with either a b16, b17, or b18c vtec head. You have to plug an oil feed hole in the head, and run an external oil line to feed the head. Also, you need new dowel pins and some other stuff. search dude, theres plenty of info about how to do it.
