Default LS transmission Leaking...

So I did a transmission swap in my car a couple weeks ago, and the car was layed up... but tonight I noticed that the tranny is leaking... Ive done tranny swaps before and never had this problem...
What is common for bseries trannys? Anything i should know that could help me...
It appears to be leaking from around the bottom, but i couldnt notice where until i can get the car up in the air and take a look

just wondering if anyone has had similar problems

Check your axle seals and shift shaft seal.

has the trans ever been split? if so check the sealing job

then check axle seals.

OMG you're right!! don't check the axle seals 1st, whatever you do!!!

OP, apparently the odds are that you're a moron who couldn't handle tightening the fill & drain bolts

Check all the above and also look REAL close at the case to see if the prior owner may have bottomed out the car and hit the trans.

I bought a used transmission and found the case was cracked when I went to rebuild it (prior to installing it). The outside didn't look bad, but the crack was clearly visable from the inside. (the seller was a good guy and got me a replacement case)
