you have the shafts facing opposite directions.
on the top set of gears (countershaft) you have:
5th / 4th / 3rd /2nd /reverse(stright teeth) / 1st / final drive gear
ok on the bottom set of gears, you have:
1st / reverse(small stright teeth) / 2nd / 3rd / 4th / 5th
on the top set of gears (countershaft) you have:

1st / reverse(small stright teeth) / 2nd / 3rd / 4th / 5th
