Default LS\Vtec Turbo engine problem

I'm in a bit of a bind, I'm not sure whats going wrong with my motor. It burnt 1.5 litres of oil in 100 km's. All of my piston's look like they are wet with oil. I did a compression test and it came back 200-210-200-200. I figure all the oil in there is creating a better seal.

I used my b16 head that was on my b16 block, and I had no problems with it until I blew a compression ring. So I switched to a LS\Vtec for lower compression. I used a B18A block that showed no signs of scoring on any cylinders.

I used the golden eagle conversion kit, with a new head gasket that came with the kit. Also used golden eagle head stud's torqued to 72 lbs.

It does not appear as if the oil and coolant are mixing, at least there are no signs of it. The plugs are dark.

The motor doesn't smoke when idling but if I rev it up and let off the gas it smokes big time.

Any ideas of what the problem could be let me know

Thanks,

Wouldn't there have been sign's of cylinder scoring if the ring's were all done. When I took it for a drive the power seemed good.

i think the wet cylinders is your clue that the rings would be toasted in this case.
