Default Low TPS Voltage???

Been noticing that the throttle position on my VAFC never reaches 100% @ WOT when the engine is running (MAX % is often recorded from 96%-99%).
However, if the engine is off, the throttle reaches 100% @ WOT.
Then I noticed that my TPS voltage is:
0.435 (+/- 0.005) with the TB closed, engine off
4.385 (+/- 0.005) @ WOT, engine off

Is this too low? Could this be why the V-AFC never reads 100% throttle @ WOT when the engine is running? Does this mean this entire time, everytime I've been flooring it, it hasn't been going at WOT??

Is your thorttle cable tight? Did you at any point adjust the TPS itself?

Nope..never played with my TPS in any way
As for the throttle cable, it seems to be tight. If i tighten it up a bit to read 0.45-0.50 with the TB closed... would that work as well?
Would it be ~4.5V @ WOT then?

typical voltage for the TP sensor is 0.45V at idle, and 4.5V at WOT. your not that far off... like FSTASNIZ said check for extra slack in the thorttle cable.

Yeah I'll double check that tonight...
Should only the cable be adjusted..or should the idle be adjusted as well to compensate?

Either way though, if the cable is adjusted, wouldn't it still reach the same 96-98% @ WOT since the butterfly still opens to the same max point?

Does reaching this 96-98% MAX affect anything? Am I missing out on a "true" WOT?

you're still seeing WOT, however your TPS sensor is slightly off by +1.5 mV ... that will raise it sloser to both open and closed threshold. This won;t affect performance.
