I think the head gasket is:

Thick/Bore
0.5mm/82.5

If you put on a ticker head gasket or put in dome pistons onto the b16a2, it will raise your compression.
If you would want to lower the compression, you would install concave pistons

the head gasket thickness is 0.028 ths thick.
if it was 6 mm it would be 0.2365 ths thick which would lower your compression dramaticly.what is your set up and i can help you more.

Thicker gasket = lower comp.
If you want lower compression I would not recomend using a head gasket to do so, thicker head gaskets have more of a tendency to fail as there is more surface area. Of course if you get a nice aftermarket metal one you should be ok, it just wouldnt be my choice.

Determine how much boost you want to run before deciding on any engine work. Assuming you have proper engine management with proper tuning, you can probably handle a little over 10 psi with the stock motor with enough reliability to be daily driven. And thicker gaskets do fail more often.

i only plan to run about 10 psi, i know that the thicker headgaskets fail more but does anybody know where to get one? or what thickness it should be for my setup to be safe?

Is this on a stock block with stock compression?
