my friend misshifted his 2000 prelude. the dealer said its a bent valve. he wants some feed back on what to do. he is going to get a jdm long block or fix the motor he has in it. if he fixes it he is thinking about building up the head. what would be a better decision and an estimate on parts and labor. thanks for any advice ahead of time
