Default Loud humming from passenger side? Need help!

Not for My Civic but for a 94 Caravan. I was hearing some grinding for the last little while from the passenger side front. Sounded just like a bad wheel bearing so I got a new hub assembly adn still there HOWEVER...

When turning and OFF gas no noise
When turning and ON gas major noise.

It is not a bad tire.

Any thoughts??

I don't hear a clicking at full lock which tells me the CV joint. I am thinking the axles as well. The axle seals were recently done, maybe a shitty put together?

Wheel bearing.
EDIT: Used junk yard Hub or NEW!? If not that check your ball joints and axles.

On my brother's Caravan it was the outer CV joint. It was tight, not loose and rattly like they usually get. When we pulled it out we found the outer joint was really tight. No damage to the boot but it acted like it was dry for a while. The replacement one did it again about 50K later.

New bearing - used is ***
Wheel bearing is part of the hub for the caravan.

it has to be axles or CV.

Mohudsolo - So the CV was tight and all but had no grease? OR just sounded that way?
