Default a little different idle problem

If it matters I have a 99' integra LS with crower 403's and everytime I am stopped at a red light or something my rpms will chill at 14-1500 rpms and within 8-10 seconds the idle will drop down to being perfect, I cleaned the throttle body but it still does the same dam thing and it's frustrating me . Can anybody help me solve this problem. TIA

Have u recently installed an intake system. Check your vacuum lines. That is definitely where I would start. ---John

no recent installs, I've checked all the vacuum lines and didnt see or hear anything wrong there.
