does anyone know what tints, headlight colors, other things are illegal in illinois?

 

well first tint is illegal after something like 15% but most of the time you can get away with %5 I used to. As for headlights just stay away from blue and red and any color that could be confused for blue or red. For good advice just stay away from things you might think are questionable like I run the tinted plate covers but I have been pulled over for them 1 time in like 5years so just use your best judgment.

 

hows yellow? like city lights and fog lights?
