Default Leaking Oil...

Alright well whenever I have my car out for a while oil starts to drip onto the exhaust manifold (right next to the cat). I am assuming this is the oil pan gasket? What else should I look for before buying a new gasket? I already checked drain plug. thanks

Check to see that the bolts that hold the oil pan are tightened to specs.
