Default leaking coolant/problem with gauge cluster

my car is leaking coolant IN the car...both passanger side and driver sidefoot area...passanger side is the worse...its not constant leakage...but its alwais moist there...and after i drive my car thats when coolan tleaks the most. is this a broken/not hooked up heater core?? someone told me its the problem with the heater core i just want to make sure.

Also another problem i enountered was that after putting in my stock motor, my gauge cluster doesn't work. gauge cluster lights, hazard light, battery light, srs light work....actual gauges, turn signals, other warning lights do not work....its not the prolem with the wirings behind the dash--but i do know that when we were plugging the wiring harness in, there was one plug that wans't pluged ito anything--maybe this could of been the problem? im not sure, please help
Thanks!

Heater core failure, either the core has a hole in it or the connection are cracked. It will need to be removed for inspection and replaced if nessesary.

If none of your gauges work and the cluster is not supplied with power, recheck the cluster connections. If you have to get a DMM on the terminals and start tracing the power supply back to the fuse box.
