Default Leaking all over the place

i just did a 97 ls swap in my 95 civic ex....and for some reason its leakin oil or tranny fluid. all over my shift linkage and oil pan..but when i drive it feels like the wheels are about to fall off(shakes like crazy)..i just bought a new half shaft..i think one of my axle is broken...or could it be a seal on the intermediate shaft(if there is one)..cuzz my friend is leaking too but his doesnt feel like the wheels are about to fall off...it shakes when i step on it...
