Default Leak down test results

Alright so I've got a y8 that I built a couple years back. Sold the car, bought it back... engine has probably 10-15k on it. It uses oil, always has. Supertech pistons that I went a little looser on the gaps with, all I did with the head was p&p, springs, and new oem valve seals.

So today I pulled the plugs and did a compression and leak down test. There was oil on top of all the pistons. Compression test resulted in 180 psi across the board. Leak down was 5% leakage in each cylinder... which is crazy good. When I did the test, I had a substantial amount of air come out of the oil cap versus the line I have from my breather (no pcv, -10 to catch can).

What do you believe this indicates? If it was head problems it wouldn't come through the valves and out, it would go out the ports. So is it my rings? I'd just expect MORE leakage and MORE air out of my pcv. Give me your thoughts.

Here's a picture of the plugs I pulled. One of them had a bunch of oil in the first few threads closest to the plug wire side, must've been from the valve cover that was on before the vented I put on last week, previous owner didn't line up the spark plug tube seals.
