Possibly a defective sensor of some sort, but without a code I am not sure what to check first.

As for Honda/Acura running badly when cold, only if something is wrong.

I drove my 94 LS through 3 winters, [no mods] without any problems, even spent 2 weeks in Winnipeg MB in Jan, [very cold] without any issues, in fact the car runs better if it's cold out. 94

take the dis. cap off and check ti for condinsation... (in the morning) b4 u crank it up. it wouldnt ber an o2 sensor they dont reley to the comp when its first cranked up. ur ecu might be taking a crap on u. and not show a code. get a hold of a good scaner and do a run test and watch the sensor activity and see if they are out of range....

That "someone" is a dumbass. Like FCM said, it will only run bad if something is wrong. And that holds true whether its 10 Degrees F or 120. Mine runs better when cold, sucking in cold air
