10 IAT - intake air temperature sensor, it was working be for i swapped the engine. i messed up on the wires on the intakemanifold, but i finally got the wires in the right spot but i still get that damn 10 code. i reset the ecu. put the key in to give the car power and still the light comes on. so is my sensor bad, or is there a way to check it to see if it is bad? im hoping its a wire, that sensor is $70.

The IAT runs at a lower voltage than the surrounding sensors, of you plugged something like the IACV into it, it probably died the first time you turned the key to accessory. You can get one from pretty much any OBD1 honda btw, civic, integra and accord all work, prelude should as well.
