while my car is idling you can hear this knocking noise, and as i rev the motor the knocking gets faster; the noise also goes away once i press all the way down on the clutch. Can anyone identify this noise or identify the problem? thanks

 

that could be your piolite bering that went out on mine and same thing as urs push in the clutch ...goes away as soon as u let it out comes right back

What does it mean if you replaced both bearings and you still have the same problem?

with all gears turning at once, there will ALWAYS be some clashing noise.

Just like that tick EVERY Honda has, some people think it is the valves needing adjusted when it is only the injectors cycling at idle.

 

My tranny makes horrible ticking and clicking noises when the clutch is out. New pilot and throwout bearings.

I think something is busted inside the tranny but I don't want to take it apart.
