problems with my tranny
my tranny started making this noise like there is something in the inside that is loose i took of the tranny and when i took off the clutch and pressure plate the pilot bearing just fell out i replaced and when i tried it out it still made the noise. it makes the noise when you let go of the clutch but when u step on the clutch it stops its made this noise for a while now a friend of mine said nothing would happen but i dont like the noise any info would help.

That noise is your throwout bearing... When you depress the clutch it goes away and when you relase the clutch it reengages and makes noise... You could replace your throwout bearing and the noise will go away for awhile and then it will come back... Does it make the noise while accellerating? If it is making the noise while accellerating and it speeds up and slows down with the tranny you might as well replace the input shaft and counter shaft bearings while the tranny is out.. They are only like 30 or 40 dollars..
