Ok to start off my set up is a 97 itr swap running on a chipped p28, thats really the only modds. Some times when it's cold it will start to smoke white only when the engine is slowing down the vehicle, for example say your cruising along at 3500rpm and take your foot off the gas for maybe 2 seconds and then continue your normal driving by putting your foot on the gas it starts to smoke for a couple of seconds. i have changed the pcv vavle and hose i do not know what else to do. Any info would help.

Leak down and compression test anyone?

 

compression test revealed 240 psi all the way across, doesnt burn ANY antifreeze either
