For those of you that have or have dealed with Kaaz LSDs. I had a new ITR tranny and had a Kaaz 1.5way LSD installed. Since this car is a "race car", going somewhere to perform figure eights for a half hour to "break-in" the LSD isn't the easiest thing to do. Any thoughts?

 

who installed the LSD? my friend got his lsd installed at Kaaz. They broke it in...figure 8's for half an hour...then changed the oil gear oil too. I asked them where they did it...they told me theres a recreational park parking lot right around the corner....
when you mean race car do you mean "dang that thing has no business on the street" car?

A friend of mine that works on Honda race cars performed everything. And yes, race car as in not street legal and "dang that thing has no business on the street" car. And at 100+ dbs...I think everyone would hear it within a half mile. Thought about an empty lot, but didn't feel it was important enough to get a careless / wreckless and trespassing ticket if a law enforcement officer was to show up or called. Hmmm...decisions...decisions...

 

sounds like you have a dilemma on your hands. what to do what to do. i really cant think of anything to recommend anymore...but good luck...
