Default Just installed my S-AFC.....

Ok, I have a 1990 honda prelude. I just installed my s-afc, and I am almost 100% posotive that everything is hooked up correctly. But here is my problem: The ground wire that goes to the ECU is grounding when the key is off, but as soon as I turn the key to the on position, their is no longer a ground. I tested the wires to find this out. Anyone hava any idea why their would not be ground when the key is on? Oh, I forgot to mention, the engine is not in the car right now, could have an effecting on the ground in the ECU? Please help me out. Thank you.

yep, i would say so.
remember that the sensor grounds go from the ecu, to the engine harness, then to
the engine/trans and then to the chassis.
