JDM DC 4-1 header ground clearances???
your question in a littel vauge..... what car are you putting this on. Well it doesn't really matter this is an OEM styled header, it sits up pretty high. So unless your car is dumped you will be fine. Haven't used the DC 4-1 on customer cars that much mostly the OEM ITR JDM 4-1.... cheap goood power IMO ...... but if you want some jaw droppping power look at some DTR,SMSP or Hytech headers, you are talking way more power......NO BS !!!
The car is a g3 integra. The drop is about 2.25. I have just heard some bad things about the jdm dc sitting really low. Yeah, i picked it up because of it being cheap. DTR, SMSP, and Hytech are way out of my price range
Here is a picture of my DC JDM 4-1. As you can see, the header has kissed the ground a few times. The black bar in front of it is the MMR traction bars.

thanks for the replies
. Yeah i know the oem itr header has good ground clearance. I picked up the DC JDM because it was such a deal, but now im having second thoughts about putting it on. Should i just sell it and get the OEM ITR?

Where would he mount the skid plate on the jdm dc header??
The skid plates are designed to for use on the oem jdm R header heat shield brackets.

Didn't know that. I thought the plates worked on the DC copy.

I've kissed the end of our driveway with it and left a slight scrape/dimple. I was lowered about an inch and a half.
Ive got a 4-1 DC sports on my 95 integra RS. I had my car fairly low over 2 inch and i did bottom out and fucked up my header. I regret gettting 4-1 the 4-2-1 is much better for b18b. If u do end up getting on make sure ur not to low or u atleast have a skid plate. That pic of gen five hatch's header looks like mine. Its still on my car and works fine, although it probably doesnt work as well haha.

Hey, looks just like mine. Even with me being at stock ride height.
