JDM D15B Non Vtec?
My cousin recently bought a 88 CRX HF and the previous owner said the engine has been replaced.
I thought that the JDM D15B had vtec. Well, this one is a D15B (no numbers after B) with a 16 valve head.
what kind of 1.5 is this?

This one has a 16 Valve Non VTEC head, but with a JDM D15B Block. Is this a hybrid or something out of factory?
BTW. it pulls pretty good for some reason

it may have a higher comp. ratio. some of the d15s had a higher comp. ratio than the d16s...but anyways. its probably a factory engine, there is so many diff engines, it might not even be a JDM engne, maybe from the UK or somewhere. i used to have a good link. but my comp got reformatted again and i forgot to save them. i will look.

towards the bottem is gives you an idea of just how many different engines honda has made.
