does anyone know if i swap a jdm motor into my civic ek if it will pass emissions in maryland?

 

yup...if it can and does pass emisions for cali then your set in maryland. if you are ordering it from a company here in the states you will be ok as long as u run a cat and emisions parts. if its from japan u might have to go through a process to make it legal...probably just going to the ref and have them inspect the car. anyone else know for sure?
