jdm vs. CARB

for all of u who have jdm motors and mods..what possesed u to install the motor..what do u plan to do when i comes time to smog?..for u calif. folks

you can pass as long as you have all your emission devices hooked up. i was able to pass.

So can you have a jdm motor, or not? like how do you make it legal to have in your car in CA? cause what happens if your sent to the state ref, and they run ur block number, and ur not allowed to have a jdm motor? cause gettin state ref tickets here is pretty easy.
