Default ITR rod bolt stretch specs

I'm installing some used oem ITR pistons & rods into my 97 b18c1 and I need to know the specs for the rod stretch using the rod bolt stretch gauge. Basically I need the min. & max. acceptable tolarances.

2001 JDM ITR (from the Honda manual) 0.005" - 0.006".

I checked it when torquing my B18C rod bolts, and 30 Lbs
torque = 0.0054" on the rod gauge.
