anybody know the tourque specs of the arp bolts that comes with the rods?

43ftlb, with ARP lube.

45ftlb with 10w30 engine oil.


install them by torquing down the bolt once, loosen, torque again, loosen, torque another time, loosen, torque one last time and move to the next rod.

this will stretch the bolt to spec, without the use of a stretch gauge. if you buy a stretch gauge, get one good to the .0001

don't even bother with the stretch gauge method. those things are "universal" and don't fit well enough into the dimples in the rod bolts to give repeatable results.
