Default itr exhaust valves

i took my ITR head to an engine reconditioner's to get them to install my JUN springs and retainers and a general clean. On return i noticed that the exhaust valves are now bare metal as before they were like coated with some ceramic **** or something to help reduce heat effects probably. Does it matter now that the coating was 'cleaned' off? or do i need to get them recoated?

umm... they probably resurfaced the valves (a.k.a. cleaned them up). That ceramic caoting was probably just exhaust gas build up on the valve. Nothing to worry about.
