Default issue with idle and idle control... input please...

well i have a h22 and a skunk 2 intake mani...

this problem came about after i put the skunk2 intake mani on, i put on a whole turbo kit on at the same time but i dont think that it caused my problem...

well to keep it short heres my problem:

1. my car does not idle high at a cold start like most cars do. it can barely stay on most of the time during a cold start. i have to keep my foot on the gas til it warms up a little bit....

2. i cannot adj my idle with the screw on the throttle body. i can put it all the way in and back it all the way out... nothing.

3. since the screw on the TB doesnt work i cant change my idle with the hondata either... move it way up, move it way down. does nothing sits at the same spot.

is it my IACV. i had to relocate it but im not sure if i ran the hoses to the right place... 2 hoses to the back of the intake mani like how it would be if the IACV sat right on the mani... then one hose to the thermo housing and one to the fast idle...

theres no CEL. i just want to know what it is. i cant close the gap on my plugs cuz my car dies out bc it idles to low and lopes....

what is my problem and where should i start?
