Default on integra type r where to set timing

I was wondering if it is ok to advance my timing or should i just leave it at stock. I just recently got this swap in an eg hatch. This motor right now is completly stock and I only have an intake. Another thing do I need to up grade my fuel pump if so which would you prefer.
thanks for your replys

You need adjustable cam gears to retard\advance your timing. I would go to a tuning shop if I were you, don't attempt it yourself if you don't know what you're doing. You don't need to upgrade your fuel pump, when you get some more mods you may want to look into a fuel pressure regulator.
