Default Question.

I want to set the timing on my 2000 stock R to 18 degree's... Should I raise or lower the fuel pressure at all when making the timing change? Or does it even matter?

Thanks.

I belive you should leave the FPR as is. but could be wrong.

the only thing your going to do is bump the timing to 18, right?

yes that is correct. However, I was just wondering if the car will benefit from a step up or step down in fuel pressure as a result of the advanced timing.

If the car is pretty much stock, a timing of 18 degrees is within spec so the stock fuel pressure should be good.
