well i just wanted to get a ctr intake cam, will i notice any power in my 00 gsr with a stock ecu, dont want to spend a whole lot of money, i still want to pass smog test what route should i go? i have I/H/E- need help

It will help a bit, but you won't be making any noticable improvements until you get it tuned with something.
