Default installing tie rod dust boot

i noticed my car was leaking from somewhere this morning and found out that my passenger side tie rod boot was ripped on the outer end (closest to the wheel). i was wondering how to change this, and if i would need another alighnment after the process? Or would it be best if i just bring it to an alighnment shop and have them install a new boot? thanks

To replace the tie rod boot you need to remove the outer tie rod. Also when its leaking out of there it most likely means that a seal(s) in your rack are leaking and it will need to be replaced/rebuilt.
