Installing Coilovers
Are you putting them on you stock shocks? If so be prepered to replace the shocks soon,
You will need a spring compressor, ratchet set, maybe a hacksaw.
Remove suspension from car, then...
1) apply spring compressor to you stock springs.
2) unbolt top hat bolt, you may need to start it with an impact, as the piston shaft could spin. But DO NOT remove completely with the impact, you need to make sure the spring is ALL the way compressed, so that no pressure is on the hat, or it will fly off, and possibily cause injury.
3) take off dust shields and bumpstops, I personally would discard the dust shields, and then cut about 1/3 of the bump stop off. You can cut the dust shield, leaving about an inch left, and replace it on the shock, but lowering the car too much can cause it to hit the shock body and rattle or become damaged if it is too long.
4) replace bumpstop (and dustshield if you wish) and then place coilover assembly onto the shock.
5) If you choose not to use the dust shield, you still want to replace the washers from it, as they will help to center the top hat.
6) replace the top hat, and bolt it back on.
There will be a gap between the top hat, and the top of the spring, since most drop springs are shorter. Now replace all the susupension parts. I'd leave the coilover at hte top postion for a day, to let the new spring settle, then the next day, lower it to your desired hieght.

I did a bit of a write up on my teg which may be helpful: http://www.integra.orcon.net.nz/koni
