installed the distributor wrong
hey guys, i need a little help.
i just changed my coil and as i was putting the distributor back on, i accidentally forced it back on in the wrong direction, tightened it, and cranked it over. i have since corrected it but now its still not starting and its cranking over funny. Its cranking over very fast as if i dont have compression. do you think installing the distributor in the wrong orientation could cause significant damage?
i took off the valve cover to make sure i didnt snap the cam or anything but it looks fine.
what do you think the problem could be?
