Do a search on "idle control valve".I got a 169 hits.If you haven't changed anything and it just started idling bad this maybe the problem.

dont turn the valve too much though, i'm pretty sure you arent supposed to adjust the valve more than 1/4 turn per 5 minutes, maybe thats just a rumor? maybe somebody else know's about that.
