Default Im so frustrated

Hey guys, I have a 96 vtec lude and went to the track few weeks ago and couldnt better a 15.1 and here is the reason why im so mad. Here are a list of my mods:

i/h/e pullies, cam gears, test pipe, vafc, plug wires, msd ignition with blaster coil, fpr, fuel rail. And somehow im only running stock times.

I did get some dyno time and had everything tuned, and thats the other thing, stock is like around 160whp and somehow im only puttin down 175whp with everything you see above. I dont know what to make of this guys, please help me out, thanks

I did a compression test and it was 190 180 180 180, and there is a bit of a hesitation that a can feel in lower rpms. There has to be some fuel or spark problem

Do you still have your slip? Post all the info from it. I'm sure it will help some guys on here give you feedback. It could just be how your launching and what not... Your tires...
