Default Ignition Timing B16A

Can anything else cause the ignition timing to be out other than the cam timing?

My distributor is turned as far as it will go towards the firewall and still can't quite get the timing marks to line up.

I have checked the cam timing numerous times and it looks spot on.

Are there any sensors that could cause the ecu to adjust the timing?

The car is a DelSol with a B16A engine. Idles nicely, runs fine when cold, but loses power when warm.
Any help is appreciated.
