MSD control
MSD Coil
MSD CAP
Wire Set
Spark plugs

Total: $450

is an ignition system worth this kinda cash? or it only helps when u're boosting high/high compression pistons etc.?

There is a 10 second LS/Vtec civic running stock ignition.

Don't waste your money. A properly maintained stock ignition system is more than adequate for most engines. Speed the money on something that will actually improve your hp/tq.

I'd skip the box and wires... just get the cap and coil... it'll be the same improvement as with the box...and the box is ALL of that cost.

the coils can be had for 20 bucks and cheaper for the modifier cap.. I got one and I'm sure replacing my stock coil would have improved the car as much but I'm MORE than happy with the coil/cap combo.. it's kinda a pain to run the wires under the cap but... that's life.

amazed stock honda ignition can take this. our sr20det's in nissan world can take 450WHP (farthest ive seen it taken to) and didnt miss at all. hats off to honda.
