Default ignition problem on eg

alright fellas help me out

92 Civic Vx 125K bone stock

here's what i've replaced since i've had the car, to try and solve the problem.
-plugs
-wires
-cap and rotor
-distributor
-timing belt
-water pump

the scenario.
alright my car idles fine so no vaccum leaks, also no codes thrown. i'll be driving down the road and unless i'm all the way on the gas or all the way off it'll sputter hesitate, miss, whatever you wanna call it. cannot maintain cruising speeds in this thing at all. if i am halfway on the gas it won't accelerate at all. it feels so much like ignition. checked the tps and signal was good from closed all the way up to wot. so i put the thing on the Sun 450 at school and ran ignition scope, everything looks good. checked impedance on all four injectors. checked the fuel pump by pulling the vac. hose off the reg. so then i thought the timing might be off. recently changed t belt and h20 pump, timing was in spec and is now. but still hesitates.

It will only miss when under a load (actually driving down the road.)
It runs like a champ when not in motion

my ?
Would The EGR system effect this hesitation to accelerate?

any other suggestions on what to check?

TIA
Jeremy

check the fuel filter and check for cracked or unplugged vacuum lines, it may not effect your idle as bad as you think. I would also swap out the MAP for one that is known to be good and see if that has any effect on your situation.
