I gotta 92 hatch dx with an 01 integra gsr swap when u first crank the car it skips like 4 a few seconds then when the engine light comes on it runs fine. The car also has msd ignition cap, coil, and 6al box with a apex vafc.

 

sounds like you are misfiring is everything installed right, what about the firing order. tough to answer without hearing it.

 

Check your malfunction indication codes & get back to us.

 

It was showing an 8-which should b a TDC sensor and then the light came on for a longer time then went off and done it again then it flashed 2 times but i cant remember what that 1 is, i took off all the msd and it still done it after that

 

Pull the distributor and check the shaft. 1)does it spin round smoothly and 2) is there excessive side to side play?

code 1 is primary o2 sensor.

 

Replace the distributor.
