Alright, so this past Sunday I decided to get some Brembo cross drilled/slotted rotors for hella cheap installed w/ brake pads from my uncle's compa(friend). I went through normal break in processes....

Tonight I was mashing home and I got to use the brakes at high rates of speed for 1st time with new brakes (5 open lanes..freewAY WAs dead..
and on the streets just an hour or so ago i decided to roll my window down and when passing by a tall wall I can hear my brakes clicking (it is the breaks for sure..only when pressed even softly.)
Looked through some magazines and noticed that the top of the slot at the outer part of the rotor should rub the pads first when moving foward...THE BOTTOM OF THE SLOTS ARE RUBBING THE PADS FIRST on my car.

AM I CORRECT? THE SHOP WAS MIDAS AND THE GUY DOES TONS OF BRAKE JOBS ,BUT NOT WITH SLOTTED BRAKES OBVIOUSLY?

should I have the rotors turned?
Could it have damaged my calipers, ? , etc. THANK YOU GOOD NIGHT OR MORNING....

Mine are installed the way you suggest is correct, and have had no problems. I hope its right!
