Default brakes or rotors?

so i went to test this eg out. when you brake the car shakes and you can feel it when you step on the brake. the guy who is selling to me said it is the brake but i think its the rotors. anyone know for sure? only does that when you step on brake.

it is the brakes in general, but specifically its the rotars that are warped, you can
have them machined or buy new ones

Hell, just change out both them. There not that expensive and won't take anytime to switch out.

warped rotors cause vibration. get new rotors and pads (with shims) and you're set.

Instead of buying new ones go to Pep Boys and have them turned. It's like 10-15 to have them turned.

check those guys for pads. I think for my civic coupe they were 51 shipped for the Deluxe, or OEM, pads.
