i have a 91 integra ls with a b16.when i start the car when its cold it revs high and surges like revs to 2500 then it drops to 900 the back and forth till its warm. i changed almost all the sensors with ones i had around.only one i havent tryed is the tps any thoughts?

Isnt it normal for a car to idle high when cold...??
then drops when warm...??

 

it was surging till it got warm but it was the FITV took it apart cleaned it all good now

 

ya had the same idle surge problem with my 93 ej1 with a b16a and i cleaned the fitv and it took care of it.
