Default Idle problems...still

When i let off of the gas my RPM's go from where ever they are when i let off and drop down to less than 100 RPM's....i mean it stops on the peg!!!!!!!!....What the hell is wrong? I put all new gaskets in on my intake, T.B., etc....but it's been doing that since i got that stuff put on...I blew my dounut gasket the other day and it got worse,,, i fixed the gasket but it's still doing that....and when i'm sitting at a stop light or somethng it idles around 100 or 200 then it jumps up to around 400 or 500 then drops back down for a min and then goes back up....

?????????????????????????????????????????????????? ?????????????????????????????????WTF,WTF,WTF????

have you tried setting your base idle?
car on, disconnect the iacv, adjust idle to 450/500.shut car off, plug iacv back and done
you can also check your iacv to see if the screen is clogged
