Default Idle Problem...HELP!!!!

i have a CX hatch with a B18B1 and im having problems with the idle...i searched and i know a motor at cold starts should idle high and then drop once it warms up...mine's the oposite...i know the FITV controls the idle when its cold so i cleaned it ( https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1564019 ) thinking this was gonna work...but it still does it...i have to hold the gas in when cold or else it'll stall...and i also get a weird low BEEP sound once it stalls which doesnt go away until i warm up the engine....i took the intake off to see where the never ending beep was coming from and i open the trottle and it seems like if its coming from inside the manifold....any help???

from what i have searched, i know that te IACV controls the idle after the car warms up....but my prob isnt there...so my IACV is chill, even though i cleaned it and all..just to make sure...tryed adjusting the idle screw as well and if i raise the idle when its cold....my idle will just go high as hell as it warms up.... it was mentioned to me that it can be my ignitor...now i just have to see if a find a way to check it..

bump.... doing some research and it came to my knowledge that the Ignitor might not be it since the syntoms to a bad ignitor are:
-jumping tach at high RPMs (my tach works fine)
-and something about car stallin and not wanting to start for a few mins...(mine stalls at low RPMs but starts back up but have to give it a bit of gas to keep it on...)
